November 19
I hope you're reading this because you know that "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" was around before The Lion King. Before he was in The TOKENS, Hank Medress (11/19/1938-6/18/2007) was in a doo-wop group with NEIL SEDAKA at Brooklyn's Abraham Lincoln High School.
.As SMOKEY ROBINSON was to BERRY GORDY, Pete Moore was to Smokey. Pete (born Warren Moore on November 19, 1939) was the vocal arranger on The MIRACLES hits and co-wrote a few, including "Ooh Baby Baby"
The PENGUINS are almost extinct.
